SR-1800contacts-Tricia??

I used the link on the site (and the coupon) to order DHs contacts today. I was very careful to put in the correct prescription, but when I got my receipt, the left eye info was incorrect. I put in a call request and did receive a call back. The rep wanted to cancel the order and have me start over, but I told her that I had ordered through a reward site and that I had to be a first-time customer in order to get credit for the purchase. The rep put me on hold while she contacted a supervisor. When the rep came back, she asked for the name of the reward site and the url, so I gave it to her. She said there was a liason who handles the reward sites and that she would make sure that Sunshine Rewards was informed of the situation. Do I trust them? Is there something else I need to do to make sure this order credits? Has anyone had problems getting credit through 1800contacts before?

I've had a couple of problems with tracking, but nothing too major. They do have a special liaison that can track things down for us. I would think that given this information, they would not deny the credit.
