Hi,
I was thinking of purchasing insurance for our 2 i-pod touches.

Has anyone used them before for insurance or a claim?

I was just wondering what I can expect.

I bought regular and accident Insurance through them for DS Touch, have not had to use them as of yet.

Be sure to look around (maybe search the Disboards) for discount codes for squaretrade.

I would have loved to have gotten a reasonably priced policy...but they do not offer this to people who live in Wisconsin.
