Square Trade stand by their warranties

I was little worried when I got warranty through Square Trade. I mean, $41 to protect a $300 computer for 3 years, including accidental damage? Well, DS managed to break his computer LCD screen on Friday, so I went online and filed a claim. They have already sent me a claim label to send the computer to me. Because it is a cheaper model, they will just refund my purchase price. I can't buy a new computer for that, but at least I am not out $300.

Thats good to know, I have a few things with Squaretrade warranties.

Yeah, somehow I thought it would be harder. All I had to do was fill out the claim form and email a copy of the receipt.

I have them on a few things and had to file a claim. They are great! Good customer service.
