Sq. footage question/comparison

Hi all,

Does anyone know the sq. footage difference between OKW and Beach Club Villas? We are looking at the studio and a 2 bdrm.

Thanks for such a quick reply!!! Now we just have to decide whether we want to give up the extra okw footage for the great bcv pool Guess it's time to take a family poll.

All DVC resorts are wonderful and each offer different pros and cons to guests. But one thing you might want to keep in mind is......BCV offers a lot more to it's guests than just a much more superior pool!!!
The location of the Epcot resorts to Epcot & MGM, numerous top of line WDW restaurants, shops, park fireworks and nighttime shows etc can not be beat! Without a doubt, BCV is in a prime time Disney real estate location and is a very much sought out and very high end/high priced location at WDW.
The size difference in the villas between BCV & OKW is only significant in the 1 BR villa. The 2 BR villa is also larger sq footage wise due only to the 1 br component. The studio size difference between BCV and OKW is really not even noticeable and actually BCV's studio has much more "non bed" open and functional/useable floor space.

I have stayed at all the DVC studios - and of the on-site ones, I like the BCV the best. I know it's only one person's opinion - but I think the only noticeable difference in size between OKW and BCV is the bathroom. The actual living space seems very comparable. (if not roomier at BCV since you have the couch instead of the 2nd bed). The mattresses at OKW have been the best in any of the DVC resorts. The mattress at WLV was the worst. But we loved BCV - the pool truly is great and the easy walk to Epcot was also a huge plus in my opinion.

Having said that - I love all the DVC resorts - but I just wanted to let you know that the size in the studio units is so negligable that it shouldn't be a factor in where to stay...
