Sprint cell phone service inside the parks?

I wasn't going to use them for work, but as walkie-talkies, so to speak. Unlimited minutes between family members. . .Didn't know if it was worth it to pack 3 cell phones or not. . .

I read that disney uses Nextel and the service is great. Sprint and Nextel just merged so I would think you should have no problems at all.

How about Verizon? My DH and I were going to use them to keep in touch with other when we split up at the parks.

DH and I have Sprint. We have never had any problems talking to each other while at WDW.

I have Sprint and can get a good signal around the parks. Inside the resort rooms are a little more problematic but we generally have that problem inside all buildings anywhere.
