Sprinkler at Dolphin

Where is the sprinkler? (Isn't there a sprinkler?) We've yet to go to WDW and will be staying there in late April. I think my 5 y.o. daughter will love it. So, please, where is it?

Is it on certain hours, intermittantly, or what?

The sprinkler is in the middle of this sandy area. It's actually a seal that your daughter can activate by touching it. The young ones love it, but beware because they end up a sandy mess. LOL! My son met other children at the sprinkler and had a terrific time.
