After getting shut out of East Coast concerts, DH found tickets available for the Springsteen concert in Orlando on November 21. We plan to use frequent flier miles and have a few days left on park passes but need cheap hotel accomodations - hate to go and not stay onsite but price matters. Any suggestions?

Check the Budget Board if you haven't already and consider doing Priceline.com. Check www.biddingfortravel.com for tips. Also, someone recently posted on the Rumor Board (I think) that some of the hotels on 192 were going for $20 or so a night because tourism is down so much.

Marriot Courtyard on the Hotel Blvd. is running the $20.02 a night special too. I woul check the next few pages of this board to see what was suggested from other folks who have stayed at this resort.

Lucky you. What a great trip that'll be!!!

I second the Magic Castle. I have pictures if you want them email me and I will send them to you.;)

Oooh, I'm so jealous!!! Enjoy!

(The new album has been playing in my cd player non-stop since July 30. I'm driving the family nuts, although my four year old now knows most of the words to "Mary's Place!")

What a shame a Jersey Girl has to go all the way to Floriday to see Bruce lol. It should be automatic that us Jersey Girls get to see him in NJ. :p

have a great time. I am annoyed that the Eagles are on tour and are not coming to NJ or anywhere even close. Almost thought about taking a vacation to someone they were playing.

I had to laugh because I thought of trying the same thing when I got shut out for tickets up here! But we'd already planned a trip for earlier in Nov... had I known when I booked that trip what Bruce's concert schedule was I would have planned better ;) !

Have a great time!
