Springs location @ Vistana Resort?

Does anyone know anything about this location at Vistana Resort? We've been offered a 2 bedroom for Pres week 2004 for $900. Is this the newer area or older area? Thanks, Ali

Springs is one of the older sections. We stayed there last summer though and had no complaints. In general we have found even the older units to be clean and well maintained. It is a very nice property too, lots of pools and fun things to do.

I am not sure how big you would expect by a Jacuzzi. They do have them and they're big enough for two (if you're a very close couple).

we stayed in the Springs for 2 weeks. The only problem with our unit was the carpet was stained. We called, and someone came and shampooed it. There was a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. (Big enough for 3 kids, and ariel and belle barbies

We actually preferred the Springs over Cascades (the new units everyone loves) because the landscaping is much more mature. It was much better for us than being in the other newer units, Lakes and Fountains, since those are in a separate enclave a very long way away from the central pool area.

We snagged a top floor unit, and really liked not having anyone moving around on top of us..

The Springs units are larger than Cascades as well. We preferred the extra space rather than brand new. Our unit at the Springs - Unit 709 was very clean and had been updated within the last year or so. It's a great layout with a HUGE master bath. We were right beside the Springs pool, although you couldn't see it for all the beautiful landscaping, but it was about a 1 minute walk. Have a great time, we really enjoyed Vistana.
