Review Springhill Suites-Have you tried it?

Checking out our options and this looks pretty good. New hotel. Reasonably priced. Close to SeaWorld until our POFQ move.

Hotel is relatively new. Clean. Good value but

The hotel is almost walking distance to SW and Aquatica. I tried walking. Taking the I-Trolley. Planning my day to match the free shuttle. Sucking it up and paying for parking made the most sense. Pay once and you can go back the same day.

The walk to Aquatica is about 3/4 mile (remember the entrance to Aquatica isn't on I Drive, that's the entrance to the parking lot). No sidewalk. Walk isn't the end of the world unless it turns out to be a very hot afternoon or you want to leave during an afternoon thunderstorm.

We stayed here last July for 2 nights on our Sea World trip before checking in at AKV for WDW. It's nice and clean. Nothing spectacular, but it is clean - which is my top priority. We used the I-ride to and from Sea World with no problem. I would stay there again

Thank you for your replies. I think we have decided on Springhill. We looked at what was available in the surrounding hotels and it has everything we are looking for. The fact that it is 3 nights and not a week made a big difference.
