Springbreak family roadtrip PTR!!

Hi everyone! I have enjoyed reading everyone's trip reports I thought why not start my own. So here goes nothing!

I have been planning this trip since January. I have been researching everything since the beginning of the year! I'm super excited!!!

The trip:

Friday 3/28 - Friday 4/4

Our plan is to drive to LA from CO. We will be driving through the night. We will spend Saturday, Sunday and half day Monday in LA/Hollywood. On Monday we will drive to Anaheim and then 3 days at DL/DCA

The cast:

We will be traveling in a large group.

My family consists of myself, I have been to DL in '08, '09, and WDW in '10. My husband has been to WDW as well. We have two boys 9 and 2.

My sister, her boyfriend, and their 2 year old son. My mother and stepdad, my 16 year old brother and my 13 year old cousin. Counting that's 6 adults, 2 teenagers, 3 kids. That's 11 people!

Trip details:

We will be driving in two vehicles. We will leave CO around 5pm and drive to LAX area. We will check in to La Quinta Inn and suites LAX. We got a pretty good deal $185 for two nights and we got two double bed rooms. We should arrive around 1 pm. We will probably spend this half day resting, make a stop at a grocery store. We will visit Santa Monica and Venice beach. Sunday our plan is to visit Olvera street and sight see Hollywood. We will buy advance tickets to Ripleys, Guinness museum, and Wax museum- each ticket includes admission to those three attractions 26.00/15.00. In the evening we will visit the Griffith observatory. Monday we will visit the Farmers market and the Holocaust museum. We will then drive to Anaheim and check into the Travelodge International Inn. That night we will probably make another grocery store. We will visit DTD that evening. That's when our next three days will be spent on the happiest place on earth
