spring/winter break times???

Hello: What are the crowds like at WDW during Feb. 14 - 21? We're planning a trip to WDW Feb. 14-21, 2009. What states, school districts are off or out and may be at WDW. Are there any other things that would increase the crowds at WDW that week? Thanks
