Spring Vacation 2009

My trip to CBR for Christmas of this year is about to be cancelled b/c of a serious leak in my roof. I'm looking to postpone to next year.

1- If I call, will they hold my $200 deposit and for how long?
2- Does anyone know when they will start booking for 2009? I looked online and they only let you see up to 12/31/08. I want to try and go for the kids winter or spring break next year.

I would think you would be able to get your $200 back. I would call and check.

We had purchased trip insurance for a November 2007 trip that ended up having to get cancelled. I rescheduled for April 2008 (knowing I wouldn't be able to go at that). Then when we decided to go in February, I just rescheduled the April trip to February. But it was only the travel insurance $$ I was at risk for losing, not the $200 deposit, if I recall correctly.
