Spring Training tickets

We reallllly want to take our boys to the Braves vs. Yankees spring traing game @ WWoS Monday, March 27th. I understand individual game tickets will be available via TicketMaster Jan. 7. What are my chances? Should I try computer and phone first thing that morning? Will scalpers buy up the tickets (grrrrrr...)? Any experience or tips?

Even though the Yankee games are some of the most popular, I think if you buy them that day you should have pretty good luck. The stadium is pretty large, and they usually have lawn seats for sale up to the day of the game.

So if I can't get them from TicketMaster, should we try day of game? The Concierge at the Poly said they had no pull at all.

I think last year when I got spring training tickets for my BIL that I got them directly through the Braves website. I didn't get Yankee tickets, he's a Braves fan so I just got whoever was playing when we were there in March.

Good luck!!! Oh, and make sure to bring a hat. They said it was super hot and sunny in the park the day they were there.
