I can't decide which I should do, Spring or Spring Advantage- anyone have any insight? Has anyone completed a program, and wished they had stayed longer or shorter?

Well, it's really up to you. But for me personally, I would do Spring Advantage. The regular program is so short, and it goes by so fast. Both times I did the regular program, I ended up extending.
