Now that spring has finally arrived, I'm going to push a little harder this month and go for 1100 minutes .
I've started walking with two neighbors and the three of us are extremely determined to walk off our extra weight. Today, we're planning a 6 mile walk ~ yea!
Walked to pick my kiddo up from school and back again, so 30/500, nice start. We're probably going to walk to the park today, so will report more on that later.
I guess I'll try 800 again - we're going to disney May 12-19th so I'm sure I'll get exercise there but not sure how I'll keep track of it. So for the other 3 weeks I should be able to do 800 minutes. Thanks for doing this!!!!!
I'm going to be in Walt Disney World & on a Disney Cruise this month so I want to be realistic. I know we're going to do alot of walking but I'm not going to count that as part of my exercise. Put me down for 500. I didn't make goal last month because I bit off more than I could chew. I'm going to try my hardest to reach goal this month.
