Spring into May Exercise Challenge

15 min abs/waist and 90 min walk puts me at 835/1600 - 52%
 
I washed the outside of the house and unloaded a truckfull of gravel so darn it I figured that is worth at least 60 minutes so that brings my total up to 210/600 I guess I better get my butt in gear or I won't make my goal :sad2:
 
I have been so bad about reporting in. I'm sorry. I will do better.

So far this month I have 600/1500 min in, so at least I'm getting some exercise min for the month.

I was slowed down a bit by a minor medical proceedure and the awful smog from the various wildfires in our area, but my proceedure is behind me now and hopefully it will rain so that the firefighters can get the fires out. Today was quite a bit better out than it has been most of the week. I guess I can move indoors to exercise but that isn't nearly as much fun as being ablew to get outdoors.

sat 5/11: 55 min run/walk + abs

100/1000

and I've lost a pound!

Sat. 5/12: 120 minutes...consisted of aerobics, elliptical & bike

Sun. 5/13: 180 minutes...consisted of aerobics, elliptical, & walk

Total: 1330/1200
I made it!! Woohoo!!:cheer2: I'm so excited. I'm going to try & push myself to 1800 minutes now & it'll give me an idea of what my goal should be for June since this is my exercise challenge.

I walked 30 minutes yesterday and did 30 minutes of strength training for a daily total of 60 minutes ~ new monthly total of 680/1100
 
Okay we went golfing yesterday and for a big walk which I will count as 90 minutes of excercise. Bringing my total up to 300/600
 
I'm at 900/1200 now. Trying to convince myself to do two more sessions on the elliptical to get to 1000. Hahahaha- my mind is telling me yes and my legs are telling me NO. :lmao:
