Spring Hill Suites Convention Center Hotel

Since this is one of the Official Walt Disney World® Good Neighbor hotels, it says they have free scheduled shuttles to all the theme parks. Can anyone that has stayed here let me know how frequently the shuttles run? DH is staying there for a convention in May, so since it's paid for....I may as well go along & have some Disney fun by myself! I'll need the shuttle though, and don't want to rent a car.
