We are planning week long stay for our Spring Break (end of March 2008) and are contemplating where to stay. We have been to the World many times but only a few times with our boys. Last time we stayed at the CR with a MK view and the boys loved it. This time they will be 4 and almost 7. We are considering CR again (the monorail in the building is a huge draw for the boys of course), the Poly (we would get a MK view there and the quick trip to the MK or the TTC is a huge plus), or the Beach Club (we have never stayed there, but it looks like it's fun).

WWYD?

We are also considering Club Level vs Dining PKG. Club Level would probably end up costing a little more overall because we would do a few sit down meals but it might be worth it for the easy breakfast option. We have never stayed Club Level though since we have had kids.

Any thoughts?

Why not rent points and do a 1 bedroom at the beach club. You can add the DDp to that reservation as well. I think your boys would LOVE storm along bay! (the pool) plus it is very close to Epcot and MGM (Oops...I mean Disney's Hollywood Studios as of Jan. 2008). If you don't want to rent points you can still book a room at the BC. The Boardwalk is nice too! Try one of those resorts.

Well be at the Animal Kingdom Villas Savannah View for my son's spring break, 1st week in April!

With kids that age I would recommend the Poly. The volcano pool is a big bonus! I just enjoyed the overall feel of the Poly better than CR. We have considered staying at the BCV with our two boys, but I think being on the monorail is key. Good luck deciding.

At those ages you'll probably spend a lot of time at MK so I echo the others and recommend a monorail resort or the WL. Spring break is very busy, we like the amenities of the deluxes. ALso spent spring break at the YC and that was a lot of fun, able to walk over to Fantasia Gardens for Mini golf. I'd recommend slowing it down and taking a little time to enjoy your resort wherever you choose.

I would choose someplace new

Either the BC or WL....
With the craziness of spring break.....the peaceful feeling at the WL
is priceless....
Happy planning

As crowded as the world is during spring break, I go for convenience. It's nice to be able to just walk into EPCOT instead of getting on a bus or monorail. We actually used EPCOT as a passthrough from MK.

Thanks for the advice! After reminding my son that there was not a fireworks view from the BC he is thinking the Poly might be the best one. So my new question is, is it better to get a MK view at the Poly or a Club level room? Is it even possible to get a MK view with a Club level room there or do you just depend on the lounge view? And is the Club level worth it at the Poly. We haven't stayed at that particular resort in six years (although we do eat there every time, I love the food at the Poly!).
