Spring Break Pricing Question

Just so I know I'm not seeing things that aren't true, it looks as if Spring Break pricing on hotels is basically double of what I am planning on for early November. I had the thought of switching the trip to the week before easter, because November seems so far away, but no way!

Yeah, the Spring Break prices are very high. Makes our $300 APH room at PBH in mid-Feb look like a great price...
