Spring Break (late March) evening MK EMH crowds?

I'm considering re-arranging one of our park days, and I'm wondering what PM EMH crowds are like a MK this time of year? Trying to decide if I should keep my current plan (and fastpasses.....nothing that's impossible to get) or MK after lunchtime, or if I should wait and hop to MK at 7 or 8pm. Thoughts?

We will be there at the same time. I think it will be busy, but I have AH the next day so I am prepared in case we can’t get much done.

It's definitely a busy time of year. Not sure of your reason to change but if you must change I would avoid hitting MK after the lunch hour as that's typically when crowds peak (between 11am-4pm) so on busy spring break days, that would be the time we'd usually leave the park if you don't have FP+. I'd hop over later if you have the hoppers and decide to change and stay through the evening EMH.

We have HS TSL EMM on the day in question, and hoppers. I currently have FPs for 1130-4ish in MK (and I expect it to be pretty busy.) I’m just trying to decide if it would be a better use of time to hop from HS to AK during midday (and make FPS for AK instead) and then go to MK later in the evening. If the EMH are going to be pretty much just a continuation of midday crowds, we will probably just stick with what we have unless I manage to land FoP FPs. Which is what I’m trying to figure out....will evening EMH just keep the crowd level steady?

MK with PM EMH will make the afternoon crowd even higher than non PM EMH, based on some of the resort guests having non PH tickets, that plan to stay through PM EMH.
My plan would be to stay away from parks in afternoon, or go to non PM EMH park in afternoon and return to PH EMH park just for PM EMH.

We were a little surprised with the waits during PM EMH last month in MK during MLK week. We headed to POC as the fireworks were ending. We walked right on (looking back, we shouldn't have started with this longer ride). Walked over to BTMRR (splash was closed), and the line was backed up outside the queue to the stroller parking. Rode that, then walked over to Space, where the line was backed up outside the building. We waited 30-40 minutes for both BTMRR and SM, then we left since we were tired. By that time we couldn't have gotten much more done, it was after 9:30 (EMH were till 10).

Spring Break is just ugly. Expect the worst and anything less is a bonus.
Rope Drop or EMH at night are really important.
