Spring Break in the USA?

I've booked a couple weeks at WDW at the end of March, start of April and I'm a little concerned I've landed in the middle of spring break.... but I'm not sure. By my timing from what I knew of my Canadian school schedule (which was quite some time ago now) I would arrive just after spring break ends. However when I tried to look up spring break in the USA... I was confused. It seem to be at all different times? It might be at all different times in Canada now too, it's been a while since I've been in school

I'm staying at Coronado Springs March 21st to the 29th with my brother and his fiancee and the from the 29th of March to the 4th of April at Caribbean Beach Resort. There seems to be a decent amount of availability still at resorts during my days at CSR and more when I'm at CBR...

I suppose my question is, have I manged to just miss spring break? Or am I going to be smack dab in the middle of it?

Thanks in advance for any help :)

Spring Break is at all different times in the US. We are out March 16-20. I think a lot of school districts in Oklahoma and Texas are that week, but I am sure there are plenty in other parts of the country that may be out the weeks you are there.

Look at the bright side. Coronado Springs is less likely to have lots of kids.

College students on Spring Break, on the other hand...still, as a convention hotel, it's probably your best choice among both Moderates and Values.

My daughters college spring break starts in March 16-but she is going to my sisters in Ft. Myers.

My other 2 kids (middle and HS) have an early spring break this year and the last day is Easter. I wish it was the other way around. I hate going this early...to Ft. Myers/beach as it is so crowded!

I would say the spring break period would be 14 Mar until 12 Apr. Colleges would be mid to late March. Elementary, Junior High, High, private and charter schools will be all over that time frame

March and April are the Spring Break months in the US.

Public school districts set their own calendars. A town 10 minutes away has a different SB than us, because they are in a different district. Private schools set their own calendars, which don't always match the public schools.
And parochial schools do the same. In addition, college/universities also run on their own calendar. (Public and private being separate)

Spring Break dates will be all over the map, so to speak.
My DD attends a private university and her Spring Break begins March 7th.
