Great pictures Mark. It's good to see you posting again. I wish I had the knowledge to get such wonderful pictures. You are a master at water pictures. Most beaches on the east coast don't have those interesting rocks. I guess I need to practice in rivers and streams.
It doesn't really take that much knowledge or skill. It does require waves, rocks, and a tripod. Just try different durations of shots and you'll get lots of interesting looks.
Very nice, beautiful shots. Welcome back Mark, I hope you can stick around, you've been missed!
I'll try to drop by from time to time. Things are really busy around here and aren't likely to get less so for a long time. With the limited time I'm allotting for jabbering on the computer, I plan to spend most of it on my new photo blog (
http://WoodlandsPhoto.com). I plan to use it to write about whatever photographic subjects interest me. I'm hoping that others find it interesting as well. Stop by and feel free to post questions, comments, criticisms, or anything civil that strikes your fancy.
What is the name of the first song. For the life of me I can't remember it.
It's Aquarium, the 7th movement from Saint Seans' Carnival of the Animals. It's one of the songs in the Epcot's Impressions De France.
Love, love, love the otter!!! The other shots are great but I adore otters!
Otters are cute, but they are hard to shoot in the water because the waves move them up and down so much. On land, they aren't so cute.
I'm apologize for the video quality. I'm having serious problems with Smugmug accepting decent quality video. Heck, their entire site is down right now. I uploaded a nice looking WMV file version
here if anyone wants to see a version of the slideshow that doesn't look so nasty.
