Spring Break/Easter 2008

Hi there,

In our neck of the woods schools are rearranging their holidays into 6 terms. Our traditional Easter Holiday wll not necessarily coincide with Good Friday and Easter Monday.

What this is a roundabout way of asking is if we go to WDW next year on our Easter break (April 5 to April 19) will we avoid the crush of the American Spring Break which as I underdstand it is wrapped around Easter which next year is March 21 to March 24.

I have been Googling school spring breaks for next year and they vary so much. We will be probably going the traditional Easter 2 weeks Kirklees website is still saying they start their break here Easter weekend for 2 weeks but it has not been updated for a long time (maybe 18 month), hope they have not changed it.
I have seen a few UK posts saying they are having same as you, it looks like with Easter being so early they are changing from the traditional Easter break.
Dates in US I have found vary from mid March to mid April.
