Spring Break 2015 - Universal Studios & Cabana Bay Beach Resort

We were at Universal Mar 29-30...weather was great....way too much motion simulator rides for me though.

I want to say your report was very helpful. I am planning a trip this October and am staying at Cabana Bay. So the pictures were nice as was the report on the rides. I have already eaten at Mythos and thought it was ok. I plan to eat at Harry Potter this time. Leaky Cauldron, 3 Broomsticks. I also was planning to eat at "Springfield" as well. Being older, I am not sure I was going to do Despicable Me anyway, but now I know that I will make sure it is the first thing I do if I choose to. I plan on being there for rope drop anyway. Thank you for all the helpful info.

You're welcome DonnainIllinois....if you have questions that come up...let me know. I'd be happy to try and answer them.

Leaky and 3 brooms was decent food..tasty and a variety.

I would strongly recommend not getting the food at the Moe's Tavern food court area. We had the Waffle Chicken sandwich and it was nasty. The flaming moe drink was equally gross. You may like it if you like McDonalds grade food though....hahaha.

@ Leaky Cauldron...Fish 'n' Chips, Soup in a bread bowl was good.
@ 3Brooms...we have the family feast platter....a little of everything...was good too.

Enjoy...October has typically great weather to go to Orlando.

i'm in the other camp.
loved the chicken waffle with that mayo/syrup on it.
had it two different days last october.

the tator tots that came with it really were enjoyable for us.

if you took a poll, you'll have both sides love or hate the foods you usually buy in the parks.
