I decided since I saw so many people who were 2011 CP hopefuls to create a thread to help people get to know each other. Idk about you but I would like to get to know the people I could potentially be rooming with (:

Hope this works :thumbsup2

I agree! Having acquaintances, or friends, or people you just get along with, or people you know a little about for roommates is way better than having a random iPod stealing psycho like Sparkly Bumble Bee (I think that's her name) talked about in the "nervous" thread.

are you on the facebook group? We've already got roommate surveys up and they do skype chats and whatnot. If you haven't joined already you really should!

yay finally a thread like this :]

i'm so excited i can't get disney off the brain

No I didnt know they had a facebook group for this. Ill have to go check it outt (: lol a ipod stealing pyscho roomie is exactly what im trying to avoid. This is for anyone to answer, what are some of your interests outside of disney??

My favorite of all of my interests are acting and traveling! I've been to 21 countries and every continent except for two.

I would love to travel to that many places someday! I've been to China twice--once when I was 16 to adopt my little sister, and once when I was 20 to teach English. Hopefully I'll go again to visit Disneyland Shanghai!

I like to cook! Anyone who likes to eat would be a perfect roomie for me!

My first trip to the Bahamas was actually with Disney on the Wonder. I really want to cruise aboard the Dream! When I went to Australia when I was eleven I was surprised to find that the people actually do say "G'Day" and "G'Day Mate." It's not a stereotype and TV didn't make it up. :happytv:

I want to go to China! I have never been to Asia or Antarctica. Have you been to Hong Kong Disneyland?

That is perfect because I love to eat! haha my phone interview is tomorrow (Friday) at 4:30, I'm so nervous! I'm scared they're going to ask me a situation question and I won't be able to think of a good answer!

here is the link to the facebook group http://www.facebook.com/?ref=logo#!/group.php?gid=272325548167 I hope you guys all join! There are surveys up for roommates that go into more detail about what kinds of roomies you would enjoy having

As far as hobbies, i'm kind of all over the place. I really love various types of art (drawing, photography, graphic arts, etc), cooking, singing, crafting, shopping,

haha me too, the only time i've been to the Bahamas was because of the Disney. We were on the Disney Wonder it was so much fun, gosh i miss that boat.

My interview is in an hour, i got little sleep last night due to nerves, and i even dream about my phone interview. Having Disney on the brain 24/7 is just so ahhh crazy.

I guess i forgot to say a little about me when i started applying on here. I love photography, watching movies, listening to music, crafting, coloring, playing sports.

I got to go to Hong Kong on the last trip, and saw all the ads for HKDL, but didn't get to go. I'm an international marketing student, so my dream job is to go live in Hong Kong (which is JUST like NYC, except Chinese) and do marketing for some huge corporation. . . Disney, perhaps??

I'd definitely recommend visiting China! It is a BEAUTIFUL country. It definitely stole my heart!

Good luck Chexie!!! :cheer2:

I also love watching movies and listening to music!

It was so much fun, i was totally nervous over nothing. My interviewer was Lindsey she was really funny, sweet and easy to talk too.

During the interview they asked me more questions about the second role I picked, photopass photographer. I have a feeling if i get in (i hope i get in) that i will be working as a photopass photographer because she asked me 4 questions about it, with the others she only asked like 1 or 2.

I now have to wait 3-4 weeks to see if i'm accepted.
Hows everyone else's interviews going?
