spreadsheet and binder

Anyone hace an example of their spreadsheet and also their binder. I think I really need to be a more organized planner. I have little sheet of paper all over my house and way to many web pages saved to even count!

My binder is just a normal school binder I got at Staples. We have tons of those plastic sheet protectors in the house (2 teachers ) so I've put most of my important documents in them (Like my confirmation numbers for resort, ADRs and airline, my PIN postcard...)

Then I have a series of pages on a variety of topics, kind of loosely organized.

As summer comes and I have some serious free time I'll organize it a bit more.
