Which teams have you seen on the road and at home?



I have seen the ST Louis Blues, The Expos, The Redskins, The Cincinnati Reds, Bruins, Devils, Flyers, the Bears, White Soxs, Red Soxs, Cubs, 49ers, maple Leafs, O's, Capitals, Wizards, 76ers, and DC United.

What about you?

Yankees, Phillies, Orioles, Braves, NY Rangers, NJ Devils, Capitals, Bullets, Knicks, NY Giants, Eagles. I think that about covers it.

I put the bullets and the wizards together. I saw the Wizards at home and the Bullets when I was on the road.

I haven't seen 'em since the name change. Actually, last I saw the Caps and the Bullets was at the Cap Center, so it's been awhile.

I had season ticket to the Bruins so all of the 26 Original NHL

Baseball Red Sox,Twins,Devil Rays,Yankees,O's,Toronto,White Sox,Royals,Rangers,Angels,Indians,A's.

Football Patriots vs Kansas City than the Pats got good and I cant get tickets anymore.

Basketball Celtic Sixers, Raptors,Nets

I forgot about the Eagles. I saw them here and there. I had the option to deliver my son on a Friday. But the wednsday before DH got tickets to the Eagles/Skins day. So I waited until the following Friday so I could go to the game.

I've only been to 1 major sporting event. Cubs vs Braves in 'Lanta. Unfortunately, the Cubs lost.

I've seen the Yankees, Oriole's, A's,Blue Jays, Angels, Twins,Tigers, Royals, Brewers when they were in the American League, Mariners,Rangers (probably others I can't think of right now)

Also: Canadiens,Rangers,Capitals,Blues,Islanders, Devils,Maple Leafs, Flyers, Penguins,Blackhawks (probably others)

Also: Jets,Giants,Bills,Eagles,Raiders,Dolphins,Colts,Chiefs,Lions,
Cowboys, 49ers, Chargers,Seahawks,Buccaneers,Redskins,Steelers,Broncos,Saints.

I have seen the Bruins, Oilers, Panthers, Capitals, Hurricanes, and Thrashers from the NHL.

Celtics, Nets, and Wizards from the NBA.

Oh my, if I included college that would be a long list.

College: Every SEC team in Football, Baseball, Volleyball, and Gymnastics. Plus many other college teams in those same categories.

Pro: Pirates, Mets, Phillies, Marlins, Braves, Devil Rays, Penguins, Lightning, Magic, Heat, Lakers. Hmmm I think that is it, there may be more baseball. Later this year I'll be able to add Dolphins and Patriots to the list!

Bruins & Red Sox, but Red Sox away games have only been spring training years ago in Winter Haven.

Once I went all the way to Montreal to see the Bruins play the Canadiens...and the NHL went on strike for like 1 week, when I was there. That was a bummer!

WOW! That is such a bummer. I saw the Expos in Montreal, but they did play.


I dont think I worded the question well though. I was trying to ask teams that you had seen both on the road and at home. For example I saw the Skins at RFK and in Tampa.

But these answers work well too.

Onecoolmama, we got to see the Expos play the Blue Jays (maybe) in a preseason game instead. Not being a baseball fan I was not impressed and we ended up leaveing the game early. There were 4 of us on this trip, all huge hockey fans.

And BTW, I got the question.

LOL! ok, so I did word it right.

Yeah, I am not a huge baseball fan either. DH was when we were younger, so we went to a lot of these games back then.

I saw the 76ers play the Wizards (Iverson went to school with my brothers) I felt the same way. I was soo unimpressed. One guy was dribbling up the court and the ball hit his leg, he tripped and the ball went off the court. I did that in 3rd grade!

I didnt pay for the seats, so no big deal.

Those are the teams I have seen play in both their home and away stadiums.

Oh I forgot...also saw the Hartford Whalers at both, home & away.

Baseball: Orioles, Yankees, Mariners, (been to many more games but can't remember)- all at Camden Yards)

Minor-league: Outerbanks Daredevils in Manteo

Football: Panthers, Packers, Cowboys (when Troy and Emmitt were still there and the 2004 play-off game), Bucs, Falcons, Titans, Jaguars, Cardinals, Bengals, Lions (all I can think of- all at Bank of America (Ericcson) Stadium) Will be adding to that as soon as football season starts. Go Panthers!

Basketball- Bulletts (when they were Bulletts), and Wizards, Suns and Hornets all in D.C.

Don't really like basketball but husband insists on dragging me to a Bobcats game this season.

College- every team in the (old) ACC, Go Cavs! VA Tech football (pre-ACC).

Husband and I are Panthers fans and ACC fans, I'm for UVA and he is for UNC. Was an Orioles fan but don't catch much baseball anymore since Cal retired.
