These are all sold out other than port days. Any chance they have openings once we board. Do they hold any back for boarding day? Or are we out of luck?

You can stop in and ask, but on my first cruise, we didn't have any luck. On our last cruise, I booked a late afternoon slot for the port day where I thought we would be back early and it worked well. Good luck.
