Spoodles - recommendations?

We are going to try Spoodles for the first time on our trip next month and I have been looking over the menu at allearsnet. I was wondering if anyone has tried the Portuguese Seafood Stew. What sort of "base" is it in? Is it a thick gravy type sauce or a thin, tomato-like sauce?

And how about the Spoodles Dessert Platter - anyone know what that includes? And is it considered "one" dessert on the dining plan or is it something that would have to be shared?
