Spoodles changing to buffet for July then closing to be replaced by Kouzzina

As Spoodles transitions to the new restaurant Kouzzina, it will undergo a number of changes to the offerings.

Spoodles breakfast will not be offered from July 1 through mid-August. During this time, breakfast will be served daily at Flying Fish Cafe from 7:30 – 11 a.m.

From July 6 through August 1, a buffet dinner menu will be served at Spoodles in place of the regular menu.

The restaurant will be closed completely for dinner beginning August 2 through mid-August.

Spoodles is set to be replaced by Kouzzina late Summer 2009.

Any idea what type food the new restaurant will serve? Think it'll still be on the DDP and how many TS credits will it require?

I am pretty sure the food is still meditteranean as Kouzzina is the greek word for kitchen and the chef is Cat Coar (whi is greek) probably med heavy on the greek influences. Not sure about how many ts credits. i am going to reach and assume 1ts since it is replacing spoodles and BW already has a sig place.

I don't know for certain but I am guessing it is going to be 2 TS if it is on the DDP - the press release said it was going to be an addition to signature dining.

Oh Im dissapointed! We will be there in Sept but Im not on the Deluxe DDP so I cannot afford to use two credits!

hey, you never know...they should announce more details in the relative near future if things really are on track for it to open in August/September

Well, I am bummed. Spoodles is one of my family's favorite restaurants. We won't be going to Disney this year. I am disappointed we won't be able to eat there again.
