We've decided to go to the parks and luck would have it, there are no on-site rooms available. They are available if we stayed two nights, but not one.....go figure. Anyone know if there is a way to get a one night at any of the three resorts? If not, how far is the Renaissance Resort at Sea World in relation to the parks?

Did you call and this is what they told you?

I checked expedia and the loews website and they are all saying no occupancy even if you stay Sat and Sun. I would just try calling.

Sea World is about a 5 - 10 min drive depending on traffic.

No..... I checked the Florida resident rate through the Universal website. If I put just tomorrow's date there is nothing available. If I put today and tomorrow or tomorrow and Sunday...rooms are available. 5-10 minutes isn't too bad. I thought it would be further. Thanks for the info.

I would give them a call just in case something has come up.

I called and they will only book a two night stay. Guess they don't need my money for a one night stay. Renaissance here we come.

Thast strange because we go up for a Saturday night stay all the time.:confused3 Maybe its because you are trying to do it the night before. Try searching hotels.com sites, might be alittle more but still the perks.:thumbsup2

Patience has paid off. I waited a few hours and checked online again. Got a room at RPR. :cool1:

Excellent. I wonder why they had the two night stay rule in place when they should be happy to get any business they can!!!
