Spontaneity in the Parks

I am a person who has had some dubious experiences where the structured line meet and greets are concerned (in my experience they are the least magical parts of the trip).

That said, we've had some spontaneous moments that were just stupendous.

Most recently, we've just gotten off of POTC with my then three year old son, and purchased him a pirates themed hot wheel type car on the way out of the ride. We turn around from the register to see none other than pirate Goofy looking at us.

Goofy and my soon proceeded to squat down on the floor and push his new "pirate car" around for a while. It was great- definitely an example of the more spontaneous things that just don't happen much anymore.

Oh! I remember another, though it was at tusker house. I got up to go to the restroom and felt someone behind me,,it was goofy! Startled me lol and he mimicked how I walked and gestured at the bathroom door before grabbing someone's map and turning it upside down to give him directions
