Spoke to Disney Reservation agent and she says I have a code, BUT...

She didn't tell me what it was for.

She told what the code is, but didn't tell me what it is for.

How do I find out what the code is for? She said she didn't know what it is for, but applied it to my reservation and it took $300 off. That doesn't equate to 20,30, or 40% off.

When looking at ressies that I saved with her that she emailed me, they both have seperate codes on them. She said I had two.

I'm so confused! Anyone know how I can figure this out?

How long are you staying? Are you staying on site? If so, value, mod, deluxe? Did you purchase park tickets?

Lots of factors to consider when trying to figure out your discout.
 
We are staying 5 nights (8/15 - 8/20) on site at the Carribean in a Pirate Room (which I'm probably going to change since I've heard the beds are awful)... We have 5 days park hopper tickets and the disney dining plus plan.
It will be me, my husband and my 6 year old daughter.

The CM was AWESOME and super chatty (they must be having a slow day). I talked to her for an hour and she quoted me many different locations. She was really trying to get my in to a suite at a great price, but their system was running slow, etc. I've never had a CM be so helpful. She gave advice on the best places to stay based on all kinds of different variations in schedules or preferences. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the resorts and the best areas and rooms to stay in them.

Anyhow, I just want to know what my code is for. She did say one is good until 12/10 and the other expires in October.
 
I wonder if it was a Kids Stay and Eat Free code?
 

Kids Free would save $265

Free upgrade to PH & WP&M would be an even $300 on 3 tix, does your ressie say anything about having WP&M?

Something to consider is that you pay the full tax on the room (so I've read,) even with a % off code. Maybe that is why it is not coming up even? They also do 35% off as well for mods (we have two of those.) Have you tried that percentage?
 
I gave up trying to figure it out and just called back and told the CM that the previous CM told me I had discount codes and quoted rates based on them and I wanted to know WHAT exactly the codes were.

He looked up my account, saw the codes and also could NOT tell what they were for. So... he tried a billion different things and after about 20 minutes determined that it's for 30% off. But I don't think he determined that from the code itself. He asked me what level I am staying at (value, moderate, or deluxe) and then that is when he said it is for 30% off. I wonder if it's the 20/30/40 since he specifically asked what level I am staying in.

He didn't seem interested in looking to see what my other code was. Makes me wonder if it's something good! I'm going to call back again when I have time to sit and wait. It seems like their system is running awfully slow today. Either that or they are using that excuse as some sort of stall tactic to keep us on the phone longer!

Anyhow, I'm just happy to have a discount! Thanks for all the responses.
