Splitting stay/concierge planner

We are planning our trip for April, 2004 and plan on staying at AKL for a few nights and then head to Poly Concierge. I know the Concierge at the Poly will contact me regarding Ps, etc., but I was wondering if they will make PS's for the time we are at AKL since we won't technically be staying at the Poly yet. I was also thinking of having them get me a Pal Mickey to put in the room for my DD when we arrived but would like her to have it at AKL. So would they consider buying it and having it sent to AKL to be put in the room? Thanks!

I am staying at the Beach Club for 7 nights followed by AKL for 3 nights... Amy at the BC Concierge has done all my PS's for both parts including the sunrise safari at AKL..etc...

Are you staying concierge at both hotels? I am not sure if they will do your PS's for non concierge nights ~ best to ask.

We split our stay between Poly concierge and AKL last summer and the concierge was wonderful about handling our requests for both "parts" of our stay. She offered to make arrangements for things which we were going to do during the AKL part of our stay-surfing lessons for kids, PS res, and arranged to have AKL mugs at the resort as surprise for kids(they didn't know we were moving to AKL). Have a terrific trip! We loved splitting our stay between these two resorts.
