Splitting reservation into two separate reservations?

Question - I have 5 nights booked mid Sept. and may need to shorten the trip to 3 nights. Points expire at the end of the month, so no way to reuse them. I think my only option would be to rent out the last 2 nights. Is there a way to split the reservation into 2 separate reservations so I can rent out the nights I can't use? Thanks so much for any help you can give!

I know you can combine reservations with Member Services, but I do not think you can split them.

They can't be split. You can drop days and then try to pick them back up but that's as close as you can get.

Unfortunately, no. This stuff is very frustrating to me. You can only drop days and you can only drop days from the front or back of the reservation, not the middle.
