We will be on the basic DDP on our upcoming trip in September. My DH and I are thinking of splitting a CS for breakfast and then again at lunch. We figured that way we wouldn't be too full to enjoy dinner.

Does anyone have any ideas for CS options in each of the parks that are great for sharing? My DH and I are not too picky so I think we could come to a concensus on something to share.

We usually do this. Really, anything will work. Just decide on what you both feel like - half of an egg sandwich, half an order of pancakes, half of a burger, etc etc etc. It does work really well.

Cosmic Ray's in the Magic Kingdom has a chicken-and-ribs combo; Sunshine Seasons in Epcot has a three-item Asian platter.

Breakfast will be easy to split as a CS breakfast comes with 2 beverages. We often got 2 pastries and two beverages, or split something more substantial like a breakfast platter, wrap or breakfast pizza.

Wow! Those pictures are great. There's definitely more than enough food to share there. So you can get 2 drinks with breakfast? Is that because you don't get a dessert?

Thanks MR Zrich for sharing the pictures!:thumbsup2

We are leaving in 7 days and my husband and I are planning on doing that and I have always heard of those meals to split, but the pictures are great to actually see!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Thanks a million for taking the time to share!

I know you asked about CS at Parks, but let me add that Wolfgang Puck's Express in DTD Marketplace hase some huge entrees. Very Sharable!:thumbsup2

This will be our 5th time using DDP. My DM and I (or DD and I) have shared CS at Cosmic Rays, Sunshine Seasons, Lottawatta Lodge (BB), Leaning Palms (TL), Tangierine Cafe, FlameTree BBQ, Pizza Planet, Tuskers (when it used to be CS :confused3 ), Refreshment Port (McD's by Canada), Cantina de San Angel, and food courts. That's all I can think of for now.

for DD and me! :thumbsup2 Gives you plenty of food (at almost any CS location. All of the CS meals are big!) and leaves enough room for a great TS meal!!!

DH & I share an adult breakfast platter at the resorts, they're huge. It's bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and a biscuit. We had something very similar at the ABC Commissary too.
