Has anyone ever had trouble splitting a meal at the Yachtman Steakhouse? I ate there in Dec. and had a wonderful meal but was too full for dessert. In May my mom and I want to eat here but she does not eat alot. We were thinking of each getting a caesar salad to start and then splitting the filet and a dessert. Anyone have any trouble doing this before?

WE've used "wishes" and 'vouchers' and split meals, with no problems, we told our server at Le Cellier right away that we wanted to split a meal, and order extra food (we were using a voucher) they seemed very used to that fact, and brought extra plates - we bought seperate drinks, and food for DD, but again, it seemed like they were used to it - there was a LOT of food so I'm glad we did split and had dessert - YUM!

DD22 and I split most meals on our lastest trip. There was never a problem in any of the places we ate. Some places brought an extra plate for us to split the meal and some places split the meal on two plates before serving it. Most times we split an appetizer, main course and a dessert. It was great. It appeared that this was common. Have a great trip. I'll be there in May also but will not have anyone to split a meal with since this will be a solo trip.
