Split stays

We are heading to WDW on 9/14, this is our first ever split stay. We are staying at CSR for 3 nights then onto the BC for 6 nights. The dy we are due to check out of CSR we are going to US for the day, minus my parents they are going to stay back and relax at one of the pools I guess. will they move our luggage for us or will we be responsible for it? How do we go about doing this? Thanks.
