Hi all!

We are staying in POR (room only reservation) our first night after our afternoon flight gets in, then switching to AoA family suite for the remainder of our trip (due to being able to get one night at POR and our flights free with CC points).

I know we want to have some snacks on hand (fruit snacks, pbj, maybe some nuts and jerky for the adults) and I know we want a case of water since I've heard the unfiltered water in the room is kinda funky. We'd also like to have some liquor/beer for nightcaps. I've reviewed our options and I'm trying to decide between grabbing an uber to Winn Dixie/ABC Liquor or packing some snacks and liquor and having water, mixers and beer delivered. What have you done and which do you prefer?

Also, as far as bell services go, will they move our groceries for us as well as our bags? How could we facilitate that or do we have to wait til after our move to do that? How early can we call bell services to have them pick up our luggage? We have 8:15 ADRs the morning of our move so we'll probably need to leave the resort around, what, 7;15 am?

Thanks in advance!

Wheres the ADR? I'm sure someone will answer the questions above, and where it is will make a difference on leaving time. For example, depending where it was, I might give it a little more time, since you may have to wait for a bus, a walk if in a park, etc.

BOG at 8:15 AM.

Yeah, Id definetly give that one more time.
1st off, a bus might not be there right when you're at the stop. Then, its probably a 20 min. bus ride, not including walk from stop to gates,
Next you've got a walk once at the park too, and not sure how that figures in to if the parks open or not yet. If the park is open, it may take you longer to get in and up there.
Maybe someone whos done a similar ADR can chime in.

Thanks! Park doesn't open til 9 am that day, if that makes a difference.

Hopefully that would seem to make it easier for you, less traffic, so to speak. However, I don't know at what point they start bumping up the amount of busses running or whatever.

Hopefully, bumping up this post will allow more people who do this to see and comment.

Disney suggests allowing 90 minutes to make it to an ADR using their transportation. That covers you in case it takes a while for a bus to show up, or if there is a traffic accident (I have run into that one) or if takes a while to get into the park.
