We are planning on ordering just a few cold items (mostly dairy) for an upcoming trip. We have a split stay and was wondering if transferring food is something that can be accomplished. With dropping bags with bell services and having them transfer the luggage to the new resort-- can they also handle the food transfer and not have the food sitting in a van for hours while others luggage are being delivered?
Can any one comment on their experience with transferring food on a split stay?
Were items properly refrigerated?
Did refrigerated items get lost/left behind?
or do bell services only transfer luggage and not any food items?
Or am i just better off buying in smaller amounts and not worry about transferring cold items. Now that i am thinking about it I do have some ice packs that i could bring and use to keep the items cold.
