Split stays and moving computers

This is a first for us. We're habitual split stay people. When we rented a car, we moved our own stuff, but now we have Disney move our stuff w/o renting a car. We've never had computers like iPads with us before. Just phones. Am I better off carrying them (2 of them) with me in a backpack to the parks every day? Can I feel reasonably safe nestling them in the luggage? We're splitting between 4 resorts, so I'll have 3 days where we're "homeless" for a few hours. Thoughts?

We always have Disney move ours and there's never been an issue. They'll put a "fragile" tag on it.

We have always left our laptops and ipads in the luggage at bell services. They do have small lockers at the parks but I would prefer bell services.

I have to bring my computer with me for work pretty much everywhere I go. I've left it with Bell Services in a locked bag many times and I've never had a problem.
