Split stay with cruise in the middle

Sorry - I can't seem to find an answer for this particular scenario ... I am booking a package with three night onsite stay/five day tickets. We then will go on a four night cruise then check back in to an onsite resort for three nights and use the remainder of the tickets. When I make my FP+ reservations at 60 days out, will it be only for the first part of my stay? If so, when can I make them for the second half of my stay, since the park tickets go with the first package?

You'll first book for all the days for Stay #1 and then will have to wait and book for Stay #2 at 60 days before the check-in date.
