Split stay with AOA arrival booked on Disney, DVC point rental and using ME

I am 40 days out now and not sure how to get ME updated for our reservation.

I booked 14night DVC rental point stay for AKL through David's disney vacation club site for 30May-11JUN but we are coming in a day early on 29May and booked a one night stay at AOA and booked it through Disney directly. DVC site says we have to book ME through them but our arrival is not booked through them

So I'm not sure how I get this booked, has anyone had this type of scenario before?

You can call magic express directly to book your arrival reservation and then you would email David's so that they can pass your info on to the owner you are renting from to book your departure reservation.
