Split stay - will Disney transport my luggage ?

We are staying at the Boardwalk for a week and then 2 nights at the Wilderness Lodge. When we check out of one to check in to the other will we have to take our luggage or can it be transported by Disney?

Bring it down to Bell Services and let them know you will be moving over to WL. It will probably take a while, but they will be happy to transfer the luggage.

Yes they will. You just take your luggage to the bell desk when you are checking out at the first resort and tell them where you need it sent. It usually may not arrive at the second resort until mid afternoon, but that is probably check in time anyway. We had our luggage already there at a 1 PM early check-in, but they won't guarantee a time.

Yes, Disney will transfer your luggage for you . When you check out of BWI, take your luggage to bell services (or call from your room and they will come get it) and tell them you are transferring to the WL and they will take care of getting it there. When you check in at the WL and get your room, either go to bell services for your luggage or call from your room and they will bring it to you . Luggage delivery is usually between 1-3 pm, but can vary depending on how busy the resorts are.

Call bell services and when they come up for the luggage let them know you want it transferred to WL. Typically the luggage won't reach the new resort until mid to late afternoon. After you have gotten into your WL room you will have to call bell services to have the luggage brought to your room.

Another option is to take a taxi to WL to check in. Take your luggage with you and if your room is not ready you can leave it with bell services at WL. If your room is ready early, you won't have to wait until the afternoon for your luggage to be transferred from the BW.

Push the Bell Service button on your phone when you are ready to check out, and they will come up and get your luggage, then transport it for you. Should arrive at your next resort by 3:00. Or bring it down yourself if you choose.

We take a cab with our luggage and check in early. Our room won't be ready, so we leave our luggage with Bell Service at new resort.

I called bell services from my room and told them i wanted pickup at my room and tags for transfer. I told them I wanted pickup at xx time and they were there pretty close to that time, handed me my tags, I tipped and went on my way without schlepping my luggage down to their desk.

Will they deliver it to the room even before we check-in? We are doing one night at POP then moving to BWV. We'll be at AK all day, so I don't think we'll check in until early evening. Will the bags be in the room when we get there or would we call for them?
