How do I get from Resort A to Resort B with luggage for a split stay? Most likely Port Orleans to All Stars.
I don't think you area allowed to hop on WDW transportation and do this? Like ride to DS to transfer to New resort?
I don't like Uber, etc.
Options and prices for other things?

If you're okay being without your stuff for the length of the day, Disney will move your luggage from resort to resort for free. Then you can just do whatever your other plans are for the day and return to Resort B rather than Resort A at the end of it. Please keep any key medications or anything you might need with you in a daypack for the day, as otherwise you may not see your main luggage until past 5/6 pm.

This is all handled by Bell Services.

Did not know this! Never done a split stay before, thank you!!

Except, bell services won't take refrigerated items if you'll have any.

You must transport those yourselves.

That's new, but I'm sure they must've been getting complaints from some folks about ice cream melting or some such. Looks like this only stopped in 2022.

Actually, it’s possible that someone’s medication such as insulin might have been ruined because Disney doesn’t have refrigerated trucks for transporting items. So Disney has determined that they will no longer accept responsibility for transporting cold items.

Don’t wait until close to check-out time to take luggage to Bell Services for transfer. When we saw the huge line at Pop, we ended up taking a Lyft to the next hotel.

What I do is pack up and give bell services my bags before I head to the park. They usually get the bags to your new resort by 2 or 3 pm. I go to the park and then head to my new resort later that afternoon/evening. It is super easy.

I wouldn't count on that. I've seen more posts saying 4-5:00 is typical.

We haven't used the service often, but when we did, we didn't get ours until after 5:00.

Time of year could make a difference.

Oh wow. Every time that I have done that, even last year, they said after 2. Maybe it depends on what resort you are coming from and how staffed they are.
