Split Stay - Scooter transfer with luggage?

We have a split stay at Grand Flo and Beach Club coming up in a few weeks. Mom mom and step dad will have scooters as they are elderly. On the day we change resorts we were hoping to take advantage of the free water park ticket. Does anyone know if Disney will transfer two scooters along with our luggage from Grand Flo to Beach Club? It would make things so much easier for us if they do.

Are the scooters rented through ScooterBug? If so they might transfer the scooters. If they are third-party rentals then Bell Services isn't allowed to touch them - and I assume that means not transferring with luggage as well.

No. We rented from Buena Vista Scooters. They used to be the preferred scooter rental and we have always had great experiences with them.

I’d take the scooters with and park them near you at the water park

There is a lot of walking at the water parks too. They may find them helpful to have there although I would stick to paved walkways with them.

My thought would be: take the scooters with you on the bus from hotel # 1 to the water park. Then take the scooters with you on the bus from the water park to hotel # 2. Let Disney move the luggage.

Another thought would be let Disney take care of the luggage and you can take the path or Monorail to the Magic Kingdom and hop on a bus to the Beach Club. Leave the scooters there and take a bus over to the Water Park.

If anything happens to the ECVs your parents will be financially liable so I wouldn’t trust someone else to transfer it even if they allowed it. They can always bring the ECV to the water park and park it if they don’t want to use it. (It will also be nice for them to have as bus waits can get lengthy, especially since the bus wait is doubled with the transfer.)

While this works for most items that a guest wants to transfer themselves, unless the room is ready early they won't have any place to leave the scooters at BC while going to the water park. They cannot leave 3rd party rental ECVs with Bell Services.

Take a Minnie Van from the GF to the water park. It fits 2 scooters. Two buses, with room for 2 scooters may be a reach. You may get split
