Split Stay (room only, then package) Ticket and FastPass + Help

We are doing a split stay and I just want to be sure I truly understand how tickets and FP+ will work for us.

We arrive Nov. 11, 3 nights room-only. Our package starts on Nov. 14 and is 6 nights, checking out on Nov. 20. Tickets purchased with the package are 8 days, so longer than our package stay. From what I understand, we can activate these early. We plan to use them on Nov. 12 and 13.

My questions:

1. Can I make FP+ reservations for Nov. 12 & 13 or not, since the tickets are attached to the package?
2. Does my FP+ window open up 60 days from Nov. 11 or 60 days from Nov. 14?
3. I read somewhere that we have to activate the tickets in the package early. Can the resort do that for us?

Oh, and what time does the FP system open up? I'm in the pacific time zone, so trying to figure out how early I need to wake up. LOL

1. Can't book FPs until you reach WDW and activate your tickets.

2. From the 11th.

3. Ticket window or Guest Relations.

You'll need to book at 4:00a PT.
