Split Stay Questions

Stay at Poly and then Beach Club. I have a few questions.

1. Do I call gust services to pick up bags in room at poly or do I bring them to the desk?
2. Does Beach Club deliver bags to my room when it is ready?
3. Do I check out of Poly and into Beach Club?
4. When I check out of Poly are my meal plan credits still good for that entire day? (only have mean plan for Poly portion of trip)
5. Going from a studio at Poly to a 2 bedroom at Beach Club(with another family) will the charges be assigned to the right families? (the reservation is in my name)

Any info you can supply would be of great help as I have never done a split stay. TIA

Meal plan has issues, best to use up prior to moving or expect to spend time getting it fixed
Assign charges at front desk when you check in
