Split stay question

We have a 13 night trip in February which will be split between Pop Century (2 nights), AKL- Kidani (7 night), and Saratoga Springs (4 nights). Our ten day tickets are associated with the Pop Century reservation, and according to MDE, they expire the day we check out from Pop. Our check out day will be our first park day. Will the expiration date change to 14 days from the first use at that point? Are we going to be able to make 10 days of FP+ selections as soon as our window opens or will we have three separate windows like with dining?

To complicate things more, the AKL reservation is under my mom's name, so my daughter (she's 6) doesn't technically have tickets linked to the AKL reservation at all. I'm concerned that I won't be able to make FP+ selections for her.

You should be able to make all FP+ starting 60 days out from the first stay, for all 10 days, for anyone with a ticket who is related to that reservation on MDE. Because you just have one ticket attached to the first reservation the split stays should not affect anything at all.

Awesome, thank you!
