Split stay question

I am flying into Orlando for the first time ever. I have a double split stay, that is, I am staying at Pop one night, then moving to CSR, then to BWV. How do I manage this using ONLY Disney transportation? Will bell services move my luggage to the next location and I can just take a Disney bus with transfers to the next location. Between POP and CSR, I intend to take a taxi, but if I do a taxi twice, it will end up being $40, and I'd rather use Disney transport even if it is a little inconvenient.

Yes Bell Services will transfer your luggage for you. Actually, they have to (if you don't intend to have your own car or use a cab), as luggage is not allowed on Disney transportation (other than ME). We've done this many times. The only thing to keep in mind is that luggage transfer between resorts can take hours. We have never seen our luggage at the 2nd resort before 4pm, at the earliest.

We usually check out of the 1st resort, head to a park til dinner, then come to the new resort & settle in.
